先看下自己电脑是集成显卡还是独立显卡，如果是英伟达1050显卡配置以上，下载安装cuda118即可解决这个错误

CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version，翻译过来就是CUDA的驱动程序版本跟CUDA的运行时版本不匹配！

1.CUDA driver version（驱动版本）：就是NVIDIA GPU的驱动程序版本；

解决方法：更新一下自己的显卡驱动即可解决，确保自己电脑的显卡是N卡
